Vidhyarambam – Happy Schooling
Start of education of children is a big event and a celebration in the life of every parent. To be part of this celebration the company provides education kits to kids of employees in the age band of 3 to 5. The kit consists of School Bag, Water Bottle, Lunch Box, Stationary and few essentials.

International Yoga Day - “Yoga is the journey of the self, to the self and through the self"-Webinar Yoga sessions were conducted by connecting all the branches”
Diet Session - Online sessions on Importance of life-style changes were conducted by diabetologist, which was telecasted to all branches
Personal Effectiveness “Online sessions on Personality development was given by trainer Mr. A. Shanmugasundaram which was telecasted to all the branches”
Friendship day
The Friendship Day was observed across the Head Office and in all IDFC FIRST Bharat Limited Branch locations by sharing friendship hug notes with sweets, which became a heart whelming and a memorable event for all.
Cradle of Love
To deepen our connection with the families of our employees, IDFC FIRST Bharat Limited Launched New-born baby kit in the name of “Cradle of Love” and presented to our employees
Children’s day
Children’s day contest was organised for all employee’s Children on IDFC FIRST Bharat Limited. The various categories on the contest were drawing, singing, reels, dance and elocution. The winners and runners were awarded with gifts and certificates distributed to all participants.
