Mr. Pradeep Natarajan has been part of the leadership team of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited since December 2018 and currently serves as its Executive Director. He is deeply aligned with the Bank’s vision of building a world-class institution in India—anchored in ethics, enabled by technology and committed to being a force for social good.
A customer-focused leader and respected industry thought leader, Mr. Natarajan brings extensive expertise across Business Development, Technology, Risk Analytics, Debt Management, Project Management, Customer Service and Marketing.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a management qualification from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies (1998 batch). His professional career spans Banking, Technology and Wealth Management, with leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Dell India, Religare Macquarie Wealth Management and Capital First Limited, prior to joining IDFC FIRST Bank.
