Ashish has over 17 years of experience in the retail banking and financial services sector with particular focus on Rural Markets. Prior to joining IDFC Bank, Ashish has been associated with key organizations like Fullerton India and ICICI Bank. During his decade long stint at Fullerton India, he was instrumental in the strategic evaluation, inception and growth of the rural business (Gram Shakti) for the organization
