With more than 27 years of experience in financial services, Mr. Rajesh Krishnamoorthy brings extensive expertise in Credit and Risk Management. His career spans diverse asset classes and functions, including Retail and Commercial Portfolio Risk, Credit Underwriting and Operations, Risk Analytics, Fraud Risk Management, Collections, Compliance and Controls, Product Management, Operational Risk, Risk Decision Systems, Process Re-engineering and Legal.

Having held senior leadership positions with leading banks and NBFCs, Rajesh has served as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in three previous organisations, leading integrated risk management functions and strengthening frameworks for sound credit practices, compliance and financial stability.

He leads the risk function with a focus on prudent credit standards, effective debt management and robust risk governance. His experience in developing technology-led solutions further supports the Company’s pursuit of responsible and sustainable growth, while addressing evolving customer and business needs.
